Alicia Monazzam is a Nurse Practitioner with Advanced Care Orthopedics. She works closely with Dr. Monazzam in evaluating and treating orthopedic conditions and assists with in-office procedures, including carpal tunnel and trigger finger releases.

Erika is a trained medical assistant and fluent Spanish speaker who helps patients throughout their visit, from check-in through clinical evaluation. She also assists with insurance-related questions and works with patients and their health plans to help coordinate their care.

Keyra is a trained medical assistant and fluent Spanish speaker who helps patients during their office visits and ensures their medical history and concerns are clearly communicated to the clinical team. She assists with surgical referrals and insurance authorizations, helping make sure the necessary approvals and documentation are in place before surgery.

Adriana helps coordinate appointments, referrals, and insurance authorizations to ensure patients receive the services they need. She is also fluent in medical Spanish and is often one of the team members working behind the scenes to keep patient care moving smoothly.
